Brunaupark, Zurich: five residential complexes, 405 apartments. Ciccio is the soul of the neighborhood with his eponymous pizzeria. Elena has lived here for over
here for over 10 years and likes the cohesion in the neighborhood. The Stiess family appreciates the idyllic location and Ms. Müller the affordable rent. They are all part of a special microcosm, Zurich's Brunaupark. But drastic changes are imminent. The owner, the Credit Suisse pension fund, is planning a new building and has given them notice. Resistance is stirring behind the windows and doors. While many are leaving the estate, some are holding out - they are resisting losing their home. Meanwhile, temporary tenants are moving in - old meets new. Life in Brunaupark moves on, but the uncertainty about the future remains.
