Germain is enjoying life in retirement when he unexpectedly becomes a widower at the age of 75. Out of concern for his well-being, his children now interfere in his everyday life. But their constant visits, phone calls and organized meals take the air out of him. Although he pretends to play along, he secretly pursues a different plan by keeping a promise he made to his wife: Germain applies for her role in a contemporary dance ensemble. How long will he be able to lead this double life until his children get wind of it?
