The house has 8 rooms, of which 6 are separate bedrooms. The bed sizes are: 1 x 180 cm, 3 x 140cm, 3 x 90 cm. In the attic there are also 3 open gallery rooms, each with a double bed (140 cm). The gallery rooms are accessed via wooden ladders. Bed linen is sufficiently available. In the well-equipped kitchen there is a cooking island with induction cooker and a brick oven, which is also good for baking (pizza, roast, bread etc.). A dishwasher is housed in the cooking island. Right next to the kitchen is the dining room with a dining table that seats 12 people. The candlestick provides a cozy ambience. If necessary, additional chairs, a high chair and a side table are available. Crockery and cutlery is sufficiently available. The living room is very spacious and is heated with warm air. Internet access with Wi-Fi, a tablet and Sonos speakers, a game box and a small library are available. On the upper floor there is a large bathroom with free-standing bathtub, shower with rain shower and toilet. Washing machine and tumbler are accommodated in this bathroom. An additional large bathroom with rain shower and shower toilet and double washbasin was newly installed in the basement. Both bathrooms are heated with underfloor heating. In the basement there is also the ski room, sledges and wood for free use. The large garden with seating, barbecue and wonderful views is directly accessible from the kitchen. The house is located in a very quiet, but still central location; for shopping and to the Bogn-Engiadina (spa center) it is 5 minutes on foot, valley station Motta Naluns can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the postbus stop can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Notes: The parking lot directly in front of the house is only allowed for small cars and envelopes. Public parking is a 5-minute walk away. Pets are not allowed. There is a strict smoking ban in the house. The stairs to the upper floor have high steps and no handrail, the stairs to the basement are made of natural stone.
