Description

The hike starts in Scuol, where you can discover real treasures of Engadine houses and picturesque village squares right at the beginning. Keep your ears particularly open on your way through the village, because it bubbles – not only at the Inn: High-quality mineral water splashes here and invites you to a tasting. Continue over the big bridge to Gurlaina, where you have a fantastic view of the village, towards Sent and on the other side, towards Vulpera. Now follow the path past the Gurlaina ice rink and through the forest to Vulpera. Here you can catch a glimpse of the remains of the burnt-out Hotel Waldhaus. Cross Vulpera to a junction that lets you turn left to Tarasp. From here you can walk along a wider path, past flowering meadows and with a view of the nearby village of Ftan. Shortly before the end of the tour you reach a hill and enjoy the view of the imposing Tarasp Castle. Finally, we pass Lake Tarasper and reach the village entrance of Tarasp Fontana.

Geheimtipp

Legen Sie einen kurzen Stopp ein und besuchen Sie das kleine Museum Hotel Waldhaus mit seinen vielen Andenken an eine historische Zeit.
