Description

The winter hiking trail starts right behind the schoolhouse in Strada.  Watch out on the route between Strada and Chaflur, where sledgers can meet. After Chaflur further ascent to the small hamlet of Chasura.  From here, one of the massive Piz Lad accompanies you on the other side of the valley with a steady up and down towards Martina. Soon you will see S-chadatsch and Sclamischot among you. After a bend, the Piz Lad disappears from view and the dominant Tyrolean lard head is perched in front of one. Soon you will see the first houses of Martina in the valley below. After crossing the creek, the first junction is reached in the direction of Martina.

If you take them, you pass the pretty, reformed church, which towers over the village of Martina, and walk a little bit through Martina to the bus stop. Otherwise, at the junction you can continue straight along the dirt road, via Martina and descend above the Zollhaus to the village and almost directly to the bus stop.
