Shinrin Yoku is a mindful practice that helps relax the body and mind and recharge your batteries. It's about experiencing nature with all your senses, taking a deep breath and leaving everyday life behind.

For whom this event is suitable:

The taster course is aimed at adults, who can comfortably walk for about 2.5 hours. Previous knowledge is not necessary. This event is not suitable for children and dogs. Please note that this is a non-smoking event.

Equipment: Comfortable clothing adapted to the weather, closed-toe shoes. Since we move little and sometimes not at all, we recommend warm clothing. In wet conditions, rain pants and rain jackets are better suited than umbrellas.

Weather: Shinrin Yoku can take place in almost any weather. In the event of very heavy continuous rain, storm or thunderstorm, we reserve the right to cancel the event. Participation costs already paid will then be refunded.

Payment: cash on site or by Twint. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event, 100% of the costs will be due.
