on Monday
Every Monday at Scuol Palace - concert pavilion or Arvensalon, 7.00 pm What to expect Sylvia Rabestein creates a world of sound in which you can bathe.
"Sound Bath" - metaphorically speaking - in tones, sounds and noises produced by crystal singing bowls.
Every organ, bone and cell in our body has its own resonant frequency and when our body is out of balance and not feeling well, sound can bring these profound energy fields back into harmony.
During the soundbath, various sound instruments are used, such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls and frequency instruments. These instruments produce harmonious sounds and vibrations that are amplified by the natural environment. The gentle sounds envelop you like a warm blanket and invite you to immerse yourself in a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness.
The combination of the sounds and nature creates a harmonious atmosphere that allows you to leave the stresses of everyday life behind. You can feel the connection to the earth as the sounds flow through your body and release blockages. A sound bath in nature is not only an acoustic experience, but also a journey to inner peace and serenity. It is an invitation to discover yourself and enjoy the healing power of nature.
