The children look forward to the marmots and the fountain on Alp la Schera, the adults enjoy the interesting flora, the numerous forest anthills and the magnificent view towards Livigno and Val da l'Acqua. The hike crosses typical mountain pine forests of the Swiss National Park with numerous trees lying on the ground and rotting.
