Procedure: Arrival / Incense with Swiss herbs / Description of the vision and its meaning / Reflection on the loss of the vision in our culture and why / Collective shamanic journey to one's own vision / Discussion and integration of the experience as desired / Ritual and integration task to take home – with a small gift.
