The flat is located in the house and stable part of an Engadine house, which were connected in 2004 to form modern residential units. Shopping facilities, the restaurants of Ardez and the train station of Ardez are within walking distance.

In the bright, cosy and practically furnished flat (approx. 40 m2) you can enjoy your holiday to the full. The open-plan living room with kitchen is furnished with a sofa bed (160×200) and another sofa as well as a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort and has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with small freezer compartment. The dining table seats 4 people and invites you to eat or play games together. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 90×200). The new bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin and its own washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests of the flat can use the communal garden. The garden table is ideal for a cosy Sunday brunch.


The approx. 40 m2 flat is located on the ground floor of an old Engadine house, which is directly attached to the historic tower (Romanesque Tuor) from the 13th century. The railway station is a three-minute walk from the house. There are also car parking spaces available at reduced prices. Shopping can be done in the local shops in the village, which are also just a few minutes' walk away.

In winter, the valley station of the Motta Naluns mountain railway can be reached by train in 10 minutes or by bus taxi from Ardez directly to the valley station of the chairlift in Ftan (in high season).

Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Ardez and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Ardez is known as a model village of Romanesque architecture. You will also find a rich flora and fauna in and around Ardez, which is one of the selected "emerald areas" that characterise particularly valuable habitats.
