The flat is located in Ftan Sainas, right next to the cross-country ski trail and the Kinderland Ftan as well as the ski bus. The Ftan-Prui chairlift is easily accessible on foot or by the Ardez-Ftan ski bus.


Ftan is situated on a sun-drenched plateau, away from the hustle and bustle. On the opposite side of the valley, the Lower Engadine Dolomites rise dominantly behind Tarasp Castle, embedding the village in the picture-book alpine landscape. The 400-year-old Alpine Mill Ftan tells of the once rich grain culture. The Ftan-Prui chairlift takes you quickly and reliably up the mountain and in winter directly to the Motta Naluns snow sports area. The children's area with magic carpet makes it easier for beginners to get started in skiing, and is located directly opposite the flat. The toboggan run between Prui and Ftan also offers pure snow fun for young and old.

You can enjoy your holiday to the full in the friendly and cosy flat (approx. 80 m2). From the living room with large dining table with corner bench, exposed beams and from the windows and from the adjoining terrace (with stone table and barbecue) facing west you have a great view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and fridge with large freezer compartment. In the living room, the fireplace is the highlight for cosy hours by the crackling fire.


The approx. 80 m2 flat is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building with a sunny seating area with a view. The Ardez-Ftan ski bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. The cross-country ski trail and the children's area with magic carpet are right on the doorstep. The village centre with restaurants and shopping facilities is within easy walking distance.

Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Ftan and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the old part of the village, relax at the Ftan bathing lake, in the bathing and sauna area of the Bogn Engiadina or go on one of the countless hikes in the Swiss National Park and enjoy the Motta Naluns family ski area in winter.
