Information about the host
The modern and spacious part of the house, a converted and extended old Engadine stable, is located in the middle of the beautiful village of Guarda (Lower Engadine) on a quiet side street. Thanks to the orientation to the west you can enjoy inside and outside (balcony and small but nice garden with partly covered seating area) the fantastic view with lots of sun. The bus stop is less than 5 minutes away from the house. From the front door it is two, three steps and you are standing in a magnificent alpine mountain world.

Description of the accommodation
The well-equipped interiors offer plenty of space for relaxed gathering. The centrepiece is the 45-square-metre living-dining room with open-plan kitchen. The continuous window front facing west offers a breathtaking view of the Alps. The house has three harmoniously furnished bedrooms (2x 1.80cm double beds, 1x sofa bed) and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher and steamer. WLAN, garage with ski storage, washing machine and tumble dryer are also part of the flat.
