The Chasa Diala is situated in a wonderful panoramic position on the sunny slope of Scuol. The five-star house with two beautifully furnished, well-equipped, light-flooded flats (2 - 4 persons and 4 - 8 persons) offers every convenience.
Conditions/extras
Additional costs to be payed upon arrival: Obligatory Tourism Tax: CHF 5.00 per person/night over 12 years of age Final Cleaning: CHF 180.00 (Apartment Ena), CHF 120.00 (Apartment Sirena) Additional costs for energy (from 1.12.2023 on) :CHF 15.-/person/week Optional Use of garage and/or parking lot: CHF 5.00 per night Bedlinnen, towels and kitchen towels: CHF 30.00 per person The additional costs will have to be paid cash upon arrival. Addditionally we aks for a safety deposit of 100 CHF in cash.

Located on the south-facing slope above Scuol, it offers a splendid panoramic view. - Shopping and the famous "Bogn Engadina Spa", with its roman-irish bath and mineral water thermal pools, can be reached within 10 minutes. - The "Motta Naluns" cable car up to the skiing and hiking region is just 7 minutes away, as is the bus and railway station. - The Vulpera golf course is a short 5-minute car journey. Garden apartment Sirena: suitable for 2 – 4 persons The garden apartment Sirena (65 m2, 3 rooms) is the ideal place to stay for couples and families. Sirena has a large entrance, wardrobe and space for winter sports gear, a living room elegantly furnished and decorated with Sgraffito designs and original paintings, as well as one main bedroom and an extra bed. The bathroom is very modern: dark grey glass sink and furniture, a bathroom mirror cabinet with LED-lighting and a luxurious rain shower. Additionally you may relax on its lovely sheltered terrace and small private lawn. Garden furniture and sunbeds are also available. "Sirena" has a dining room and modern cooking devices. There is also a microwave oven, a fondue set, a raclette set with a hot stone grill, pans, pots and salad dishes, glasses, wine glasses and crockery. There are also many games, books and DVDs. A TV-set including Blu-ray/DVD player, fast internet access, WLAN and satellite TV are offered. Our guests may also use two large wooden sledges, a washing machine and tumble drier. Additional costs for all services are about CHF 400.- per week. Therefore we ask for a deposit of CHF 500.- upon arrival. Important: on our homepage guests may choose which additional services they want to use. Also we offer different days for arrival and departure.
