Ideal for relaxing, hiking, cycling, snowshoeing, Ski tours and much more. 3 minute walk to the train station of Ardez, with the course of 10 min. to Scuol with direct access to the ski resort Motta Naluns. Parking space in front of the house and the possibility to use public parking (payable) .
