Allegra illa Chasa Pro la Tour- Welcome to the cosy 4 ½-room flat with spectacular views of the rooftops of Ardez and the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The flat is located in the house and stable part of an Engadine house, which were connected in 2004 to form an exclusive flat. The large round windows in the flat allow nature to enter and fill the living space with the Engadine sun. Shopping facilities, Ardez restaurants and Ardez train station are just a few minutes' walk away.


You can enjoy your holiday to the full in the bright flat (approx. 120 m2), which is furnished with great taste and charm. The living room impresses with its cosy sofa corner and reading chair. From there you can let your gaze wander through the large arched windows to Ardez and the Lower Engadine Dolomites and really let your soul come to rest. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with every comfort and has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with small freezer compartment. The large dining table invites you to eat or play together. The three bedrooms are furnished with single beds (2x 90×200 / 1x 80×200). Two bathrooms allow everyone to get a good start to the day in the morning. One is equipped with a double washbasin and bath/WC, the second with a shower/WC. The flat has a covered balcony in the living room and another on the south side of the house. The approx. 120 m2 flat is located on the 2nd floor of an old Engadine house, which is directly attached to the historic tower (Romanesque Tuor) from the 13th century. The railway station is a three-minute walk from the house. There are also car parking spaces available at reduced prices. Shopping is available in the local shops in the village.


In winter you can reach the valley station of the Motta Naluns mountain railway by train in 10 minutes or by bus taxi from Ardez directly to the valley station of the chairlift in Ftan (in high season).


Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Ardez and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Ardez is known as a model village of Romanesque architecture. You will also find a rich flora and fauna in and around Ardez, which is one of the selected "emerald areas" that characterise particularly valuable habitats. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the Lower Engadine countryside, relax in the spa and sauna area with mineral water or go on one of the countless hikes in the Swiss National Park and enjoy the Motta Naluns family ski area in winter, which can be reached by ski bus in just 10 minutes.
