The flat is located on the first floor of a beautiful 350-year-old Engadine house. From the balcony you have a marvellous view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. Shopping facilities, a bakery and the post office are in the immediate vicinity. Salsiz, Landjäger or Natura Beef meat can be purchased directly from the owners, Naturhof Campell.


The Motta Naluns ski area can be reached in 5 minutes by car via Ftan and in 10 minutes by train via Scuol. The neighbouring village of Ftan also has the 8.5 km long Dario Cologna cross-country ski trail.

In summer, the entire Lower Engadine is ideal for beautiful hikes, whether short or long. The hike from Ardez over a suspension bridge to Tarasp and then to Scuol is popular. The Swiss National Park is also nearby.
