Allegra illa Chasa Suot Chastè – Welcome to the cozy 4 ½-room attic apartment with views of the roofs of Ardez and the Lower Engadine Dolomites.

The approximately 100 m² vacation apartment is located in a two-family house, built in 1909 by Engadine expatriates in the Italian Art Nouveau style.

The apartment was extensively renovated internally in 1991, and the facade was renewed in 2000. A large garden with a cozy stone table for 6 people and two loungers invite you to barbecue and spend time outdoors.

From the balcony, you have a magnificent view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites.

In the warm and comfortably furnished apartment, you can fully enjoy your vacation.

The living room features a comfortable seating area and a reading armchair, where you can truly relax with a good book.

The eat-in kitchen is equipped with all amenities, including a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment.

The accommodation also features a new steam oven. The dining table with a corner bench is perfect for shared meals or games.

The three bedrooms are furnished with two single beds (90x200 cm each), one double bed (180x200 cm), and one single bed (120x200 cm).

Two bathrooms ensure that everyone can start their day peacefully in the morning.

One bathroom is equipped with a double sink, bathtub, toilet, washing machine, and tumble dryer, while the second has a shower and toilet.

A reserved parking space is available for you at the schoolhouse.

The train station, just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, offers additional parking at reduced rates.

Shopping can be done at the local village shops, all within a few minutes' walk. Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Ardez and let yourself be captivated by the unique natural and cultural landscape.

Furthermore, in and around Ardez, you will find a rich diversity of flora and fauna; Ardez is among the selected "Emerald Areas" that distinguish particularly valuable habitats.

Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the Lower Engadine nature, relax in the mineral water spa landscape, or embark on one of the countless hikes in the Swiss National Park. The apartment has been awarded the IBEX FAIRSTAY certification, signifying its adherence to strict standards of sustainability, comfort, and hospitality. The Motta Naluns ski area is reachable in 10 minutes by car via Ftan, or in 10 minutes by train via Scuol.
