The 60m2 flat is on the first floor of the Chasa Arpiglia in Guarda. The house is in a very quiet location just outside the village. From the living room you have a marvellous view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites and the unique pine forests of the Lower Engadine. The supermarket and post office are located in the village centre (approx. 350m away).


Guarda can be reached by post bus from Giarsun railway station. Wonderful ski tours can be undertaken from Guarda into the Val Tuoi. The Motta Naluns ski area can be reached by car in 15 minutes via Ftan. The neighbouring village of Ardez has a night trail. The access road is regularly cleared in winter, but depending on snowfall and road conditions, snow chains or 4x4 drive may be an advantage. A pick-up service from the train station can be organised.


In summer, the entire Lower Engadine is ideal for beautiful hikes, whether short or long. The hike from Guarda into Val Tuoi to the beautiful Lai Blau is very popular. The Swiss National Park is also nearby.
