You can reach the swimming lake "Lai da Pandal" in 5 minutes with walking. In winter, a chairlift goes up to the skiresort Scuol Motta Naluns. The beginner skiingarea and the crosscountry skiing track are close by. The busstation, the grocerystore and a bakery are 10-15 minutes away by foot.

The comfortable and cozy roof apartment with a balcony is in a sunny and quiet location. The kitchen is separated from the living room. There is a sleeping alcove which is seperated with a curtain and a bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The studio is generously designed and offers a lot of room. From the combined living and dining area aswell from the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view over Ftan and the mountains.
