A paradise for those seeking peace and quiet, willing to forgo today's usual comforts (television, radio, etc.).
In return, you will be compensated with tranquility, pure nature, and a sensational panoramic view of the entire Engadin valley! The chalet is located approximately 1.5 km outside Sent in the direction of Scuol.
This chalet is functionally equipped and has been gently renovated in recent years.
Since spring 2013, 220 volts have also been newly available, which means your mobile phone can be charged.
Please note that no other devices can be charged or connected (e.g., e-bikes, hairdryers, coffee machines, etc.).
Room layout: Ground floor: Cozy living room with access to the south-facing balcony.
Kitchen with gas stove and gas oven. 1 double bedroom.
First floor: 1 double bedroom.
Lower floor (accessible via a small, steep staircase from the living room): Shower/WC/sink.
Heating is provided by a gas central heating system with an external gas tank.
Strictly no smoking in the entire house.
The tiled stove cannot be used by guests.
The chalet is not suitable for small children.
Access is guaranteed in summer; in winter, only with good tires, 4x4, or chains.
The access road is subject to a toll / CHF 20.- per week for each vehicle.
This amount is included in the stated booking fee.
Please inform us if you are arriving with 2 vehicles, as only 1 road vignette is provided by default.
Prices include: - Bed linen (beds are made up according to the number of people) - Terry towels - Kitchen linen - All ancillary costs such as electricity, water, etc.
