Die Ausstattung ist gut es fehlt in Küche und Bad an nichts.
Die Lage im Erdgeschoss und die Elektroheizung, die kein gutes Raumklima und keine Wohlffühltemperatur(außer im Bad, da gibt es eine Fußbodenheizung) erzeugt. Die Wohnung wird sicherlich nicht oft genutzt, so dass nicht regelmäßig geheizt wird.
Bei unserer Ankunft war alles frischgereinigt, aber die Ecken und unter den Schränken im Schlafzimmer hatte man es vergessen.
