Ecstatic Dance 2026 at the Hotel Palace

Experience a deep, moving dance journey at the beautiful Hotel Palace in Scuol-Nairs.
In the middle of the mountain landscape, this special place invites you to move freely, let go and connect with yourself, the music and the community.

We dance in a carefully designed room at the Hotel Palace – carried by atmosphere, presence and fine energy. Barefoot, without words and without expectations, a field for authentic expression, inner movement and lively connection is created.

Ecstatic Dance Principles

Dancing barefoot – for a good connection to the floor (socks are allowed; dance shoes are also required for physical limitations).
Dancing without words – no talking during the dance to stay completely in the body.
Sober & mindful – without drugs, alcohol, phones or cameras. Every movement is welcome.

20:15 – 21:45 Ecstatic Dance
