Our cuisine offers a contemporary take on Swiss culinary culture, blending it with European influences, whilst always respecting the ingredients, applying artisanal precision and demonstrating a passion for creating authentic taste experiences.

A particular highlight is our monthly set-menu evening: a seasonal three-course menu created by our head chef – also available as a vegetarian option – offers surprising moments of indulgence in a special atmosphere.

Bar

The MACUN Bar combines fine wine culture, selected signature drinks and a stylish ambience to create a place to unwind and linger. On Saturdays, MACUN becomes the region’s cultural hub – with live music, acoustic sessions and DJ sets in an elegant, atmospheric setting.

Events

MACUN can also be hired exclusively for weddings, corporate events, birthdays or private functions. We create bespoke, high-quality experiences, from aperitifs on the terrace to late-night drinks with music.
