In summer, the Berghaus Val Sinestra or the Bündnerstube in the large Kurhaus is open from 9.00 to 18.00 hrs. It offers a cosy mountain restaurant with a comfortable terrace or, in bad weather, a beautiful winter garden dating from 1903.On request, the Berghaus is also open for groups in the evenings.
The waiting room still breathes the breath of the railway pioneers from the Wilhelminian period around 100 years ago. A careful renovation underlines the careful interior design and combines it discreetly with modernity.
The Hotel Süsom-Givè in Tschierv was built in 1935 and is a family-run business, already in the 3rd generation. Thanks to its good location, the hotel is an optimal starting point for hikes in the Swiss National Park Val Nüglia, mountain hikes/climbing on the local mountain Piz Daint, beautiful motorcycle, bicycle and bike tours and it also serves as a pleasant stopover for trips to South Tyrol.
