09:00-10:30: Bat species, their distribution, characteristics and protection Break 11:00-12:30: Biology of bats: annual cycle, nutrition, habitats Lunch break 13:15-14:00: Continuation Biology of bats: Bioacoustics 14:00-15:00: Tasks of bat conservation Graubünden: Cantonal bat protection, local bat conservation, roosting supervisor break 15:30-16:30: Completion of the course and visit to a bat roosting in Tarasp
Target group: Adults who are interested in bats and/or want to participate in the protection of bats as roosting supervisors.
The course counts as an introductory course to training in local bat conservation.
