Atelier Avert – artists in the Lower Engadine and Val Müstair are opening their studios to the public

As part of the ‘Atelier avert – Focus on Art’ project, studios in the Lower Engadine, Samnaun and Val Müstair will be open to the public from 3 to 18 October 2026. Come and meet professional and local artists in their studios. They will offer insights into their work, their creative processes and their artistic perspectives. The programme is further enriched by performances and cultural events.
Focus on artists – as a shared platform
Whilst regional art tours of the studios will be available over the three weekends between 3 and 18 October 2026, the diverse programme of public events – comprising performances, film screenings and panel discussions – will complement these weeks, which are artistic in the truest sense of the word. In collaboration with regional cultural institutions, meeting places are being created where current issues relating to artistic practice, cultural development and regional networking can be discussed and experienced. The exhibition «Our dal atelier» at the Fundaziun Nairs forms a further component of this programme. It runs from 2 August to 29 November.
