Ftan, as a district of Scuol, is a charming village located at 1,650 meters above sea level and surrounded by a breathtaking mountain landscape. It is a natural paradise where modernity and tradition go hand in hand. The idyllic village is known for its breathtaking nature and traditional farms. It offers a variety of activities, both in summer and winter. As the only village, besides Scuol, you can enjoy direct access to the Motta Naluns ski area. Ftan is also known for its bike adventure park and the mountain swimming lake on the outskirts of the village.
We offer a very nice 3 room apartment, on the ground floor of a detached house in Ftan-Grond, for 4-5 people. The apartment is slightly elevated above Ftan-Grond in a quiet, sunny location. The wooden seating area, with a great view of the fantastic Engadine mountains, invites you to enjoy. Reserved parking available.
The post office stop and the chairlift are about 5 minutes away on foot. In good snow conditions, in winter you can ski directly to the apartment via the valley run, on an ungroomed slope.
Shopping nearby and within walking distance in about 10 minutes.
The unique Bogn Engiadina mineral bath in Scuol is also always worth a visit. Regular bus connections to Scuol can be used free of charge with the guest card.
