The apartment is ideally located for active summer and winter holidays and excellent also for walks with the dog. Holidays in Scuol mean relaxation in an Engadine village, in the vicinity of sgrafitto-decorated houses, the Swiss National Park, near the Engadin Bad Scuol, the cross-country ski trail and close to the ski and local bus stop for trips to the valley station of the gondola lift or the train station. The location of the apartment impresses with its tranquility, the separate entrance is accessible at ground level and a short distance to the ski bus, which takes you to the valley station of the Motta Naluns mountain railways in a few minutes. The highlight of the apartment is the large south-facing terrace with lawn, where a barbecue, table and deckchair/armchair are available. The cozy and lovingly furnished apartment has a very good layout and as another highlight is a Swedish stove with wood available for use in the apartment.
