Forest fire danger
Due to the extreme dry conditions, there is a high risk of wildfire throughout the canton of Graubünden. The canton and the municipality have issued fire bans.
The following applies to the entire municipal area of Scuol, effective immediately:
Absolute fire ban throughout the entire area of Scuol
- The ban also applies to all residential zones
- No fire pits, wood or charcoal grills may be used
- Gas and electric grills are permitted, but only with great caution
- August 1st bonfires are only permitted above 2350 m a.s.l., also with great caution
- The absolute ban also applies to all types of fireworks, such as rockets, sparklers, Bengal matches, etc.
The municipality appeals to all residents and guests to strictly observe the above bans and thanks you for your understanding.
Owners of holiday apartments, guesthouses and hotels are asked to inform their guests. Thank you very much!
