Save Pond Hockey

Save Pond Hockey is a global movement that unites the hockey community to take a stand against climate change.

For the first time, the tournament will also take place in Switzerland, on the natural ice rink at Runatsch in Zernez.

On Saturday, January 30, 2027, teams will compete against each other on natural ice.



Both corporate teams and recreational teams (at least 6 players per team) can register. All adults who enjoy “Chneble,” nature, and team spirit are welcome.
The goal of the event is to raise awareness about the effects of climate change on our glaciers and natural ice rinks while also raising funds for the Cover Project Foundation, which is dedicated to preserving glaciers as freshwater reservoirs.
