Be considerate when crossing and overtaking hikers. The Grisons mountain bike routes largely run on singletrails, which are also marked as hiking trails. Hikers generally have the right of way.

Turn off west of the village shop at the fountain towards Munt
After about 300m on the paved road to Bos-cha
After the hairpin, leave at the next intersection towards Chöglias and Munt
Forest road to Munt
Continue north towards Alp Murtera Dadoura
Singletrail westwards to Alp Sura
Singletrails and forest roads to Guarda
Return on paved path to Ardez

Public Transport
- By the Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau, the Upper Engadine or from Scuol) hourly to Ardez train station
- By PostBus (from Martina, Sent, Ftan or Tarasp) hourly to Scuol-Tarasp station, then continue with the Rhaetian Railway to Ardez train station
Arrival information
- From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car shuttle through the Vereina tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or over the Flüela Pass to the Lower Engadine on H27
- From the east: via Landeck / Austria towards St. Moritz on H27
- From the south: via Reschen Pass (Nauders-Martina) or Ofen Pass (Val Müstair-Zernez) on H27
Ardez is located directly on the Engadine road H27 (15 minutes driving time from Vereina south portal)

- Paid parking spaces at the train station (Staziun) in Ardez or at designated parking lots above the village (school building)
