Description
The thematic route is located above the Schellen-Ursli village of Guarda. The route leads from Guarda to Plan dal Növ, over to Clüs, to Lajet and back down to Guarda. The route covers highlights from the book such as the bell distribution, the adventurous climb to the Maiensäss, or the joyful bell procession «Chalandamarz». The experience is always the focus. Thus, the whole story is not told, but the imagination of the visitors is given plenty of freedom.

Before or after the hike, you can visit the Schellen-Ursli Museum in Guarda, which is located opposite Hotel Meisser.

- From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car shuttle through the Vereina tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or via Flüela Pass into the Lower Engadin on H27
- From the east: via Landeck / Austria towards St. Moritz on H27
- From the south: via Reschen Pass (Nauders-Martina) or Ofen Pass (Val Müstair-Zernez) on H27
Guarda can be reached from the Engadin Road H27 in 20 minutes driving time from the southern portal of the Vereina tunnel.
