From S-chanf (1669m) the route runs along route No. 444 "National Park Bike Marathon" along the route of the Rhaetian Railway to Zernez (1485m) and further along the Inn to Susch (1426m). From here follows a gravel road to Lavin (1387m). Height wooden bridge will leave route no. 444 and it goes down to the Inn Gorge at Giarsun (1361m) and again up to the hamlet "Sur En d'Ardez" (1469m), a short stretch on the road to Ardez (1464m). Now a short, steep ascent steers back to route No. 444 to Ftan. From Ftan Pitschen (1644m) we cross a difficult single trail, crossing the road twice, continuing towards Scuol. Then two bends (approx. 1.3 km) follow on the main road, before the path branches off at Putschigls (1361m) to the right. The single trail leads via Nairs (1191m) to Scuol station (1250m).

The tour was evaluated in favorable weather conditions, the current weather conditions and weather forecasts must be observed before the start of the tour. This tour requires a high degree of driving safety, balance and technical skills.

Take bearn into account when crossing and overtaking hikers. The Grisons mountain bike routes run to a large extent on single trails, which are also signposted as hiking trails. Hikers always have priority.

On the eastern edge of the village of S-chanf direction Zernez. Constantly to the left of the Inn, several times ascending and descending to Zernez. Here, after the covered wooden bridge on the Spöl, the Ofenpass road is crossed and the short counter-ascent via Plej is mastered. Past the church we go back into the forest, following the Inn to Susch and Lavin. The route follows the right bank of the Inn before crossing it at Ardez. The village is crossed before the last ascent over the ruins of Chanoua, past the valley entrance to Val Tasna to Ftan, is tackled. From Ftan a single trail leads to Nairs, from where a last section follows the Inn before the last ascent to Scuol.

Alternatively, Route 444 (National Park Bike Marathon) leads from Ftan along the slope to Scuol.
