In the holiday region Engadin Samnaun Val Müstair, the night reveals itself in its most pristine form. Far away from the large light sources of the cities, amid alpine landscapes, you can experience a sky that is rarely seen in Central Europe: Stars, moonlight and, with luck, a view of the Milky Way and planets. The low level of light pollution – also thanks to regional projects such as Plan Lumière– makes the Engadin one of the best places in Switzerland for stargazing, photography and experiencing nature at night.
