The forgotten delicacy from the Alps. High up, where the animals graze on herb-rich pastures and nature sets the rhythm, something special is created: sheep and goat products from the Graubünden mountains - full of character, sustainably produced and far too little discovered in culinary terms. Together with the Graubünden parks, we invite you on an enjoyable journey to a traditional speciality that is unjustly overshadowed. Discover the real taste of the mountains – honest, surprising and unforgettably good.

Sheep and goats have shaped alpine life for centuries. They maintain our cultural landscape, promote biodiversity and provide high-quality meat and dairy products. Nevertheless, their products are hardly present in the kitchen.

We would like to change that with a culinary journey of discovery through Graubünden: From 7 to 12 October 2025, the following Graubünden parks invite you to special table rounds:

- Swiss National Park
- Parco Val Calanca
- Parc Ela
- Beverin Nature Park
- Biosfera Val Müstair

Look forward to carefully prepared menus with sheep or goat meat, served in selected restaurants.

Each meal is accompanied by short table speeches from the kitchen, agriculture and park management. You will learn how closely animal husbandry, landscape conservation and tourism belong together in our Alps - right at the table.
