Description

The hike starts in Scuol, where you can discover true treasures of Engadine houses and picturesque village squares right at the beginning. Keep your ears particularly open on the way through the village, because that's where it bubbles – not only at the Inn: top-class mineral water splashes here and invites you to a tasting. Continue over the large bridge to Gurlaina, where you have a fantastic view of the village, towards Sent and on the other side, towards Vulpera. Follow the path past the Gurlaina ice rink and through the forest to Vulpera. Here you can catch a glimpse of the remains of the burnt down Hotel Waldhaus. Cross Vulpera to a junction, which lets you turn left to Tarasp. From here you walk along a wider path, past flowering meadows and with a view of the nearby village of Ftan. Shortly before the end of the tour you will reach a hilltop and enjoy the view of the imposing Tarasp Castle. Finally, it goes past Lake Tarasper and to the village entrance of Tarasp Fontana.

Geheimtipp
