The winter solstice is one of the high festivals of the year. The darkness invites us to pause, to remember our own roots and to listen to the heart.
Come to the Engadine and spend the darkest day of the year with us, when the light kisses the darkness.

We immerse ourselves in the silence and magic of the winter solstice to draw inspiration and insight for the new year.

What can you expect?

Friday. Arrival from 16:00. 18:00 Dinner together and getting to know each other. Inspiration for the night.

Saturday. Start the day with light physical exercises. Breakfast, lunch and dinner together. In the interstices we spend time in nature with guided reflection exercises and rituals, such as incense. Through simple writing exercises and phases of silence and meditation, we pursue inner impulses. Where do I stand? What wants to go? What wants to enter life? The day ends with dinner together and the winter solstice fire.

Sunday: Start the day with light physical exercises. Time in nature. Reflecting on what you have experienced in silence and in writing. Look ahead. Ringing in the Raun Nights. Lunch together and farewell.

All participants will receive an incense mixture and instructions for the upcoming Raun Nights//
