Sheep and goats have shaped Alpine life for centuries. They maintain our cultural landscape, promote biodiversity and provide high-quality meat and dairy products. Despite this, their products are rarely used in the kitchen. During the Culinary Week in the Grisons parks, we remember this forgotten delicacy and serve sheep and goat products from the Grisons mountains - full of character and sustainably produced.
The UNESCO Biosfera Engiadina Val Müstair invites you to discover and enjoy carefully prepared menus with sheep or goat products. The meal is accompanied by short table talks. You will learn how closely animal husbandry, landscape conservation and tourism are linked in our Alps.
