KOMMEN GEHEN KOMMEN ...

Vienna-born artist Hanna Burkart combines art with everyday life. Her work focuses on everyday activities such as walking, sleeping and living. She consciously uses these activities to better understand places and spaces. For more than seven years, Burkart has lived without a fixed place to live or work. She lives temporarily in unusual, often empty places. Through her physical presence, she experiences these spaces by day and night and thus perceives them in their spatial and social characteristics. These experiences form the basis for further site-specific works - photographs, installations, concepts and interventions.

From 07/01/26 to 28/01/26 the artist is in residence at "La Stalla" in Lavin. During her stay, she will activate the empty telephone booth on the village square and offer the opportunity for a personal artist talk from 1 CHF per minute with her performance format "Talking & Listening" (Discuorrer & Tadlar).

The telephone booth will be open from 14.01. until 28.01. 1:1 conversations can be arranged with the artist from then on and will take place in her studio - La Stalla in Lavin, Suzöl 2. On 25.01. from 17:15 there will be the opportunity for a joint exchange with soup, bread and wine.
