Watch how we produce mountain cheese in the traditional way over an open fire. Using organic milk from the Lataria Engiadinaisa in Bever, around 5 wheels of cheese are produced on site in the evening. An exciting and interesting evening awaits you.

While you enjoy your fondue, raclette or capuns, the cheese will be stirred and cheesed in front of your eyes - over an open fire.
