Do you enjoy mountain sports, but do you feel your mind or body is holding you back? Overcome mental barriers, boost your strength, set goals and hone your skills in your chosen sport: one-to-one mountain sports coaching in the Engadin for greater flow and focus on the mountain.

You train regularly. And yet there’s always that moment: the climb that makes you doubt yourself. The descent that slows you down. The fear of heights that stops you in your tracks. The limit that remains. In ‘1:1 Mountain Sports Coaching’, you work precisely where progress is made, and mental blocks are overcome, through the interplay of body, mind, strength and technique.
