From the PostBus stop Scuol Clozza, the winter hiking trail leads through Scuol to the eastern end of the village. From here, a wide road continues through open terrain and, with a view of Sent, slightly downhill toward the Inn. At the next fork in the trail, the path begins to rise steadily along the southern slope in an easterly direction. An underpass allows you to traverse the Engadine road safely and soon you reach La Fuorcha and finally Sent. From here you can return to Scuol by PostBus (half-hourly service). Alternatively, you can hike on the winter hiking trail from Sent via Chauennas back to Scuol, from where the sports bus will take winter guests back to the train station free of charge.

In Sent it is worth taking a few minutes to walk through the village with its wide squares and look up to the sky. The famous Sent gables date back to the late 18th century, when many villagers working abroad (mostly in Italy and Austria) as confectioners hoped for an economically better life and thus shaped the flair of the village.

The trail is groomed after each snowfall. Please note the condition reports in the winter sports report. The tour was assessed in favourable weather conditions, current snow and weather conditions must be noted before starting.
