Skating and Yoga Weekend in January
Whether you are trying skating skis for the first time or getting back into it after a long break, together we will learn the skating technique from scratch – so that fun is guaranteed right from the start.
After your sporting activities on skis, you can regenerate with fascia yoga and learn how to consciously use your elasticity and flexibility. This will prepare your body optimally for the next activity and ensure that your muscles and joints work together harmoniously.
