By participating in the competition/raffle, the participant consents to the use of his/her personal data for the purposes of the competition/raffle. This data will be used exclusively for the organisation of the competition/raffle (including the draw, notification and dispatch of prizes) and, if the participant voluntarily agrees, for sending the newsletter. In the case of competitions/raffles with co-operation partners who are expressly named in the competition/raffle, the personal data collected may be passed on to them. Otherwise, the data will not be passed on to third parties outside TESSVM (Tourismus Engadin Scuol Samnaun Val Müstair AG).

• Participation in the competition is free of charge.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• All persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
• The winners will be drawn at random at the end of the entry period and notified by e-mail. Legal recourse and cash payment are excluded.
• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.
