High above Scuol is the Tanter Dossa farm - a family business run by Martina and Not Vital. Between sheep, lambs and donkeys, the family of 4 rocks this farm with a lot of heart and soul and manual work - a wonderfully well-kept vegetable garden is also part of the farm. We start with an aperitif of pickled vegetables and salsiz, before a refined 3-course menu follows.
