High above Scuol is the Tanter Dossa farm - a family business run by Martina and Not Vital. Between sheep, lambs and donkeys, the family of 4 rocks this farm with a lot of heart and soul and manual work - a wonderfully well-kept vegetable garden is also part of the farm. Martina tells us this evening how she reconciles farm and family and why she does it.
Enjoy a special evening under the motto Lamb & Storage Vegetables:
We start with an aperitif of pickled vegetables and salsiz, before a refined 3-course menu follows.
Martina welcomes you at 6:00 p.m. with a pumpkin drink at our lobby bar.
The prelude: a creamy risotto with pumpkin from the farm's naturally cooled warehouse – harvested last autumn. For the main course, we serve tenderly braised lamb from the Engadine sheep, refined with Graubünden white wine. A sweet finale with a surprising vegetable influence rounds off this enjoyable evening.
