Mineral water degustation in the Engadin
What makes the tasting so special?
Scuol, Tarasp and Vulpera are known for their exceptional and numerous mineral springs. The minerals, carbon dioxide and the water's journey through millennia-old rock layers give each mineral water a unique taste. This offer allows you to taste natural mineral waters and discover the different nuances in their flavours.
«Every mineral spring is unique», says Swiss water sommelier® Sabina Streiter. The expert guides participants through the process of learning to pay attention to subtle differences in taste, texture and mineralisation – something that one never consciously experiences and only knows from wine.
What the participants say
«The mineral water tasting was a real eye-opener! I never would have expected how different the flavours, aromas, and even the sound could be depending on the mineral source. A discovery that will continue to inspire me for a long time to come!» – Summer, 2025
