Morning: 2 hours

  • Welcome and gentle start with Qi Gong exercises

  • Keynote speech: ‘Chronic stress and its consequences’

  • Application: soothing eye compress

  • First aid at work – small tools, big impact

  • Ways out of the rat race: recognising and strengthening resources

  • Recovery profile ‘Mañana zones’ according to Maja Storch

Afternoon: 2 hours

  • Short impulse: The liver – metabolism and emotions

  • Application: quick liver compress

  • Impulse: Nutrients as the basis for a healthy metabolism

  • Practical nutrition – simple everyday tips

  • Tasting of a green smoothie

  • Conclusion, evaluation and take-home message

Practical information and services

  • Location: Sent, Lower Engadine
  • Cost: CHF 200 per participant
  • Number of participants: min. 6, max. 12 people
  • Booking: Directly via the appointment booking form on the website or via the form 
  • Included: Use of the room in Sent, script, wrapping material, tea, coffee, fruit and smoothie.

Workshop leader

The workshop will be led by Gabriela Brun, a naturopath with a federal diploma in homeopathy and over 20 years of practical experience. She is an expert and speaker on homeopathy with further training in nutritional therapy, wraps and compresses, and coaching on fair speech. She has many years of experience as an educator and speaker for laypeople and professionals.
