Holidays for your health: In the Engadin, guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air, relax and regenerate in the great outdoors and take advantage of a wide range of health-promoting offers.
The National Park holiday region – Engadin Samnaun Val Müstair – is Switzerland's first health region. It is based on over 20 mineral springs which, thanks to their high mineral content, attracted spa guests from all over Europe to Scuol-Tarasp over 100 years ago. And what began over 100 years ago as a world-famous spa resort is now being continued by the National Park Region - Health Region.
