After a mountain tour, enjoy an outdoor massage with oil, made from plants from the Engadine. Loosen the neck, regenerate the legs. This in the extraordinary beauty of the Engadine mountains, in front of the warmly hospitable Chamonna Lischana.

If you like, you can start early in the morning with yoga practice. Everyone is welcome, no previous experience, no mat, back to the roots! All ad hoc, without prior notice.
