WILD GREEN

In the sense of "letting go" and "refueling", we want to create space for body, mind and soul. With gentle movement, targeted breathing exercises, encounters with the plant world, new physical stimuli, light wild plant menus and workshops, we get into flow and make room for something new.

You can expect a delicious wild herb cuisine, where local wild plants, also collected in groups, seasonal vegetables and easily digestible proteins take precedence. We "forest bathing", cold bathing, you will receive exciting knowledge about nutrition and green knowledge, we will learn metabolism-boosting methods from naturopathy, process wild plants in a workshop and you can take the products home with you. We are out and about, take a trip to Lavin, we breathe during our morning meditation at Steinsberg Castle or are in the meadows to collect wild plants.
